The mission is designed to support people living with type 2 diabetes. It is a structural educational programme offering face to face group based and online programmes to discuss all things diabetes. The programmes vision is to deliver evidence-based information to self-manage type 2 diabetes. This prevents long term conditions and better control. Self-management and empowerment principles are at the core of the programmes, giving people with diabetes the best foundation possible for their future health.
