Outreach Covid Clinics in December at the Johnson Hospital for 5–15 year olds

There are a couple of outreach clinic dates which have been arranged in December at the Johnson hospital for 5–15 year-olds.
The dates are:
- Friday 9th December 4-7pm
- Friday 16th December 4-7pm
In the phlebotomy room at The Johnson Community Hospital Spalding.
Eligibility for children is as follows:
Evergreen offer (first course)
5 years old and in a clinical risk group or a household contact of someone who is immunosuppressed
Age 5* – 15 years
*For those not in a risk group, this only applies to children who turned 5 by 31 August 2022
