Phone System Problem Owing to a hardware failure in our phone system, calls are currently not able to be routed through our normal menu system. This means at present when phoning the surgery you will get a ringing tone until one of our Reception Staff is able to answer your call. We have reported this to the supplier, and hope the failed piece of hardware will be replaced on Monday, and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause in the meantime. We are planning to have extra staff available to answer phone calls on Monday morning to try and minimise any delay in answering your call, and would appreciate your patience Over the weekend, non-emergency out of hours services can be reached by dialling 111.
