The surgery is manned between 8.00am – 6.30pm.

Our telephones are manned from 8.30am – 6.00pm.

Consultations are by appointment and are available between 8.00am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday.

For appointments at either site please telephone 0844 815 1571 or call in at the main surgery.

Surgery is closed on Wednesdays 12.30 pm – 1.30 pm for staff training and development.

We work as a team at the centre offering the first available appointments with our clinical professionals. Requests to see individual practitioners however will be met where possible.

Please note that patients are registered with the practice and not an individual Doctor. This change came about with the new GP contract in 2004.

A triage service operates to ensure patients have 48 hour access to medical services. Patients are seen by a trained nurse and, if necessary, also by a doctor. Seeing the triage nurse does not mean you cannot see a doctor.

We request that you make your triage appointment in the morning. You may make these online.

With the demand on appointments we ask that if there is a need for any patient to cancel an appointment that they give us as much notice as possible. We monitor non attendance to booked appointments and we reserve the right to remove patients from the list if this becomes a frequent problem.

To use this facility you must first register with Munro Medical Centre to receive your unique PIN NUMBER and ACCESS ID.

You will not be able to order your repeat prescription on the website if your have not registered with us.
