Patient Survey 2012

We are pleased to be able to publish the results of our recent survey. Thanks to the members of our Patient Reference Group who helped compile the questions and agree the action points mentioned in the document, and to all of our patients who took the time to complete a survey, we'll be looking to run another survey near the end of the year again.
