Phone System Problem 27th --> 30th January 2012
The surgery experienced a hardware failure in part of our telephone system at approximately 4pm on Friday 27th January 2012. This meant that whilst calls to the surgery were still coming through, the normal call routing (menu) system was unavailable. The replacement hardware component was installed and configured by 11.30am Monday 30th January 2012.
To try and minimise any delay caused by this, we made extra staff available in our Reception Monday morning to handle calls. We apologise for any delay or inconvenience this may have caused, and appreciate your patience during this time.
