How choose
and book works |
You will be sent a unique number called a UBRN and a password to enable you to arrange your appointment. Please do not lose this information; you will need it if you have to contact the centre on any future occasion.
Please contact the 'Choose & Book Centre' following the instructions on the sheets that you will be sent. This will allow you to arrange an appointment at a time and date you agree with the Choose & Book Centre.
