FLU IMMUNISATION CAMPAIGN 2011

We strongly recommend that you take up the offer of a free vaccination.

Who is most at risk?

• All patients aged 65 years and over
• Any patient suffering from heart disease, diabetes, asthma or other respiratory disease, kidney disease or those who are immuno-suppressed due to disease or treatment
• People living in residential care
• Main carers of the elderly or disabled

Please note you will not receive a postal invitation this year, so if you are in an 'at-risk' group please contact reception when you are next in the surgery, or call 0844 815 1571 to book your date. If you are not sure if you fall in one of the 'at-risk' groups above - please ask at reception, or when you call in.

Vaccines will ONLY be available for patients registered at Munro Medical Centre.

Please call the surgery to book your appointment on 0844 815 1571, or ask at Reception next time you are in the surgery. As in previous years, the surgery is only open specifically for flu vaccinations on these dates, no other services will be available.
