You are able to book
an appointment by telephoning
0844 8151571 or alternatively
book an appointment with your own GP
online.
We work as a team at the centre
offering the first available
appointments with our clinical
professionals. Requests to see
individual practitioners however
will be met where possible.
Please note that patients are
registered with the practice and not
an individual Doctor. This change
came about with the new GP contract
in 2004.
Some evening
appointments are available with GPs
from 6.30pm - 8.30pm Monday to
Thursday.
A triage service operates to ensure
patients have 48 hour access to
medical services. Patients are seen
by a trained nurse and, if
necessary, also by a doctor. Seeing
the triage nurse does not mean you
cannot see a doctor.
With the demand on appointments we
ask that if there is a need for any
patient to cancel an appointment
that they give us as much notice as
possible. We monitor non attendance
to booked appointments and we
reserve the right to remove patients
from the list if this becomes a
frequent problem.
